This is her last senior sunday. And the only one I’ve posted all year. I’m not sure what is with me, but for all the words I’ve written year after year….. in this season- I don’t have them. How do you put a mothers love into words? Everything is inadequate, Every phrase has a million more behind it. My sweet Haven, I love you more than words. I’m thankful for every single second I get to spend with you. Every late night chat at the end of our bed. You are full of grace and mercy, kindness and goodness. You are faithful and strong, talented and funny. I love you with my entire soul. Today, we celebrated Haven’s Senior Sunday at church. It was a super busy morning with all of the special moments planned for seniors as well as her leading worship. Watching her grow and develop her own faith has been such a great joy for us as parents. She truly loves the Lord and has a heart of gold. I’m so excited to see what the Lord has for her this next year.

✨PROM✨ These kids had the best time together! Haven had the best time with her friends, danced the night away and packed in some really great last high school memories.

We had a bazillion airline and hotel points and decided to cash them all in and take the kids to one of our favorite spots! BAHAMAS!! We stayed at the Atlantis Hotel and spent the days playing in the waterpark and soaking up the sun and the evenings eating great food and relaxing. It was such a fun time!

✨DISNEY✨ We love our family time together at Disney! It’s been fun at every season and age with the kids. The Character/Princess/nap in your stroller stage, and now the Thrill Ride/Rollercoaster/close down the park stage. I love that no matter what age you are, kids or no kids, Disney is a blast and we have made so many fun family memories here. We love that we can stay in our RV on property and bring all of our furry babies too. It’s the best! Disney is so fantastic on so many levels, food, entertainment, customer service, fun, cleanliness, efficiency, professionalism, all the little details…. It’s truly incredible and so well done!

✨Singapore✨ Easily one of my favorite cities in the entire world. It blends some of the best of the Asian culture, but also in a weird way feels the like home. The food is amazing. Like, when you’ve been gone from home for a week and could really use some legit Texas BBQ….Singapore has it. Mexican food can be found, great Italian food, they have that too. But also some the most wonderful Michelin star rated restaurants anywhere. Singapore is beautiful, topical, clean, safe, fun and friendly. If you have the chance to go, do not hesitate. Strange fact about me, when I was in High School I was weirdly fascinated by Singapore. I remember telling my dad that I really wanted to go there one day. What a serendipitous turn of events that the Lord has opened a door for us to be here in this very city, multiple times a year for work. The Lord is cool like that.
